Japanese Small Horned ONI Ring
Oni are steeped in Japanese folklore. Sometimes depicted as grotesque man eating monsters, and other times depicted as the fiercest of all demons and protectors against lesser demons. These protector Oni rings are to ward off evil spirits. On the inside Ive added another Oni to deal with your inner demons.
As the photos show, the rings are cast to size. Therefore the larger the finger size, the larger the overall size of the ring.
All of my jewelry, with the exception of the commercially manufactured Italian chains, is custom made. Everything is hand poured by me and me alone. I start with .999 pure Silver bullion and alloy it down to the worldwide industry standard “Sterling Silver” of .925 purity for jewelry. .999 Silver is way too soft for the longevity of items like rings and such. During the alloying process NO NICKEL is ever used. I am extremely diligent of this as I myself have a Nickel allergy. From initial design to finished product I do it all. The end result is an heirloom quality piece of jewelry, you would be proud to pass down for generations to come.
(Legal disclaimer: You are purchasing an item similar to the ones pictured. As each item I make is hand-worked, they can include minor flaws and imperfections. This is normal and I feel it truly adds to their charm. For shipping to countries outside the United States, it can take up to 4-6 weeks and all country specific taxes, and or duty, are not included.)
